How do I start recording my conference?
We can enable your code to start recording upon the first participant joining.
If your code is not set to auto-record, as the host you can press *6 to start the recording. A message will play indicating that the recording has successfully started.
Are my recordings archived? If so, for how long?
Yes! You can request a recording for up to 90 days after the call has ended.
How long does it take for me to get my recording once my call has ended?
24 hours. We know your content is important to you, so we aim to beat our own time.
What if I need my recording within a couple of hours instead of 24 hours?
We can make that work. We offer a rush service with a fee of $20.00.
Do I have to pay extra for a CD or Flash Drive?
These file types are slightly more than our downloadable WAV or MP3 files. Where downloadable file are $16.00, a CD or Flash Drive is $20.00. CDs and Flash Drives are sent via First Class Mail.
I have several individuals who need their own copy of the recording. Can I request additional CD copies?
Most definitely! Each additional CD is charged at a reduced fee, $15.00.
Is there a shipping fee to get my recording on a CD or Flash Drive?
There is a shipping fee. It is $9.00 plus fees for orders requiring alternate forms of shipment (i.e. USPS, FedEx).
Someone’s classic rock ringtone interrupted our board meeting. Is there any way I could get my recording edited?
It happens to the best of us. Please let us know if you need part of the recording edited or removed, we’re happy to make minor edits to the recording at no additional charge. If extensive editing is necessary, we reserve the right to implement an editing fee.
What is a transcription?
A transcription is a written document of a conference call recording.
How much is a transcription and how fast would I receive it?
Our transcriptions are billed at $180.00 per recorded hour and a $90.00 minimum for 30 minutes or less. The turnaround time for a transcription is three to five business days per recorded hour.
How much would it be if I needed my transcription sooner than 3 days?
We can provide you with your transcription in one to two days for a rushed fee of $75.00.
Our host is using TelSpanWeb. Would there be any way I could get both an audio and video recording?
Yes! We provide IP Media Recordings with a fee of $175.00. Need it rushed? We can expedite it for a rushed fee of $75.00.
