International participants can dial into your conference by using one of TelSpan’s international toll-free numbers or one of our US tolled numbers.
You can contact our Client Services team to schedule an Operator Assisted Dialout by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 800-937-7726.
Press *0 at the time of your conference to flag for an operator to complete an on-the-spot dialout to your participant.
How can I get a list of international toll-free numbers for my global participants?

Bahamas, Barbados, Bermuda, Virgin and Cayman Islands and Jamaica
My international participant is unable to access our TelSpan service using their international toll- free number. What is wrong?
Instruct your international attendees to dial only the digits provided to them; this toll- free number is formatted to their country’s specifications and does not require any additional codes to make the outbound call.
If your participant is using a cellphone, instruct them to use a landline. Many countries restrict the usage of cellphones when dialing international toll-free numbers.
What rate will our account be charged for using an international toll-free number? What rate will our international participant be charged?
When using an international toll-free number, your participant will not incur any international or long distance charges; they will simply be charged their standard voice rate as outlined by their phone provider. All international fees will be billed to your TelSpan account. As rates vary by country, please contact your Account Manager or our Client Services team for per country pricing. Should your international participant dial in using a US tolled number, they will incur all international or long distance charges as designated by their phone provider. Your account will be billed its standard PPM (price per minute) rate.
